Travel Ticketing Executive
Hybrid - Part Remote and Part Office - South West London
Base Salary to £30,000 + Bonus and Benefits
My client is a fast growing expanding high end bespoke luxury travel company with a focus on high end luxury travel to worldwide destinations.
They are renowned for the offering the highest levels of customer service to clients ensuring the best possible travel booking experience from the beginning of the trip to the end.
They are now recruiting for a Travel Ticketing Executive to join their operations team.
Applicants must have previous ticketing experience gained within the travel industry with working knowledge of a GDS
Travel Ticketing Executive Responsibilities:
Work with the Flights team on all aspects of ticketing and flight administration
Be fully conversant with all aspects of Galileo ticketing, applicable airline contracts, consolidators and IATA procedures.
Issue/reissue all tickets and refunds accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that we comply with best practice and legal requirements to avoid ADMs.
Monitor PNRs created by the sales team to identify pricing errors and to ensure that the lowest Use knowledge of airlines and contracts to assist sales consultants with fare and routing questions
Ensure all airline and internal ticketing deadlines are met
Travel Ticketing Executive Experience Required:
Excellent attention to detail
Extensive ticketing experience with extensive
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Ability to work well under pressure
Good communication skills
Experience of ticketing/refunds/reissues/fare recalculations

Base salary to £30,000
22 days annual + 8 bank holidays
