Temp - Perm Part-time Senior Administrator Up to £15 p/h DOE Sutton Required hours and days: Part Time 21 hours per week - 08:45 - 4:30 (45 min lunch break) Start date: Asap! Duration: Temporary 3 month contract with the view to go permanent Overview: An excellent opportunity to join our client who are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working administrator/receptionist to provide support to the friendly team in Sutton on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent. You will manage calls to the clients main telephone numbers and deal first hand with general enquiries e.g. telephone and email, liaising with staff in other sites when necessary. Like what you hear? Read on Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide and carry out various Administration duties to support the team. Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include: Support with general administrative duties as directed by the Senior Leadership Team To co-ordinate and collate the appropriate requested information required prior to meetings To attend SLT and Management meetings and document actions arising from meetings. Prepare, take, type and circulate minutes and record information and action points To help plan and co-ordinate student and staff well-being calendars and events Assist with note taking and document preparation for Disciplinary, Grievance and other HR investigations, hearings and meetings To communicate sensitively with a wide range of people, including colleagues, students, external contacts and the public Provide and promote excellent service excellence and foster effective teamwork and business relationships Maintain information in a confidential manner and to ensure GDPR regulations are adhered to. To be willing and able to travel and work across sites as required To undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and training to continually update own skills and knowledge and to complete all of our clients mandatory training as required To carry out all duties in accordance with internal policies, including the Equality and Diversity Policy, Safeguarding policies and Health and Safety Policy To carry out other such similar duties that may reasonably be required by the Operations Manager and Senior Leadership TeamTo be successful in this role you'll have: At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline Experience of co-ordinating, monitoring and evaluating deployment of staff and resources Proficient using Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel Databases to compile data, produce reports and letters A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults Minute taking and the preparation of reports.
