Sheffield Hallam University is looking for passionate and talented marketing, digital and creative professionals to join our expanding marketing and communications team. We are recruiting a number of roles across our Marketing teams to support our growth ambitions. These roles span a number of our specialist teams. Our award-winning Creative and Design team (Best In-House Design Team, Design Week 2021) is recruiting additional video and design specialists to support us in developing high quality, multichannel marketing outputs. Our Digital Experience team has responsibility for ongoing development and improvement of our university website and requires additional digital specialists to work on content design, user analysis and website build, to improve the user experience. Our Marketing teams have a growing remit, and we are looking for experienced marketers to help drive our brand forward, as well as skilled digital and content marketers to support increased student recruitment objectives. You ll join a large and dynamic team, where you ll work on an exciting and diverse range of projects and have opportunities for development and progression. Social and Digital Content Manager Working in the Digital Experience team, you will lead a small team focused on user research, user experience and content design. You ll help solve operational and strategic challenges by putting users at the heart of our digital services and products Lead a team of UX, data and content specialists Work with stakeholders across the University to translate business needs into user-focused digital products Provide research and analysis to support digital decision making Ensure content and design standards are met across our website Advocate for user-centred digital design across the University provide technology support and strategic advice to our social media users Ideal for someone experienced in planning, analysing and acting on user research and digital analytics. Must have the ability to explain design decisions to senior stakeholders and comfortable managing work across several digital disciplines. Working with product managers and developers assisting delivery and know how to work within and contribute to a design system
