Senior Mortgage Administrator Location: Aldershot Salary: £30,000-£34,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am till 5:00pm Do you have experience in working for a Mortgage/Insurance company? Are you highly organised and do you have good Administration skills? Are you looking to further develop your skills and work for a successful Mortgage broker? I have a brand new job opportunity to work for a successful mortgage advice company which offer expert advice to over 400 mortgages per year and give access to the whole of the mortgage market. The job is rewarding and immensely satisfying helping clients move into their new homes Responsibilities & Requirements: At least 2 years (recent) experience in a whole market mortgage environment is essential Fully CeMAP qualified is desirable, though not essential An understanding of the FCA s compliance requirements The ability to work effectively as part of a team You will be passionate about helping people and deliver a personal warm relationship with all our clients You have an on customer demand mindset when it comes to ensuring our customers are looked after and our service exceeds expectations You will be confident in working with all our third-party providers including Product Providers, Solicitors, and Lenders, to ensure all our customer s cases are processed smoothly You will be confident in carrying out all general administration duties, including answering phone calls, sorting mail, filing, scanning, and maintaining all Office spreadsheets and registers You will ensure our Back Office Systems (including OMS) are up to date and accurate at all times, ensuring all calls/emails/communications are clearly documented You will provide great service for our customers, agreeing on clear customer contact to support the customer now and in the future You will be committed to developing and maintaining an appropriate level of product knowledge to enable you to demonstrate professionalism and a level of understanding with our customers whilst always referring the customer to a qualified adviser for all regulated advice You will be responsible for the smooth processing of a customer application from submission through to completion, and for ensuring all post-completion requirements are fulfilled including making sure the customer is appropriately diarised for future contact Experience: Excellent customer service skills Experience using various IT systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly Superb organisational skills and a proven track record in administration Clear communication skills both written and spoken Patience and problem solving skills
