As Sales Administrator you will be joining a small, dedicated and supportive team who work together collaboratively. The role is full time, (Mon - Fri) permanent and based on site in Banbury offering a competitive salary and great benefits. Purpose of the role: To provide high levels of customer service and administration providing a link between customers and the internal teams to ensure on time delivery of product. Supporting internal teams using a proactive approach to help drive the business. Key Accountabilities for the Sales Administrator: Providing quotes from technical drawings, with multiple products, working with pricing and margins Sales order processing, communicating delivery times to customers Promoting products through building order building with customers Liaising with internal teams and distributors on a daily basis Providing sales support to the internal and external teams Responding to customer queries in a timely manner Communicating with customer, providing order updates Setting up accounts and amending customer records Handling any customer complaints to a positive conclusion Providing high levels of customer care Attending exhibitions, meetings and training sessionsKey Skills Required for the Sales Administrator: Sales order processing experience High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Solid IT skills including MS office, in particular excel Experience of an ERP system, such as SAP, is an advantage Experience of working in a fast-paced role working on multiple tasks simultaneously Confident communication skills Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution Organised administration skills, ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Adaptable in a changing environmentBenefits include a competitive salary depending on experience, a rewarding benefits package, health and life insurance, pension, annual salary reviews, free parking, and discount schemes.
