REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER Hybrid Working Our client specialise in assembly and process control solutions for the manufacturing industry. In order to support our customers in digitally transforming their operations our client has developed their own process control software called with Augmented Reality (AR) features. Customers range from small manufacturers to major brands like Autocraft, Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Cosworth, JCB, Spirit, Thorn Zumtobel, and many more. This is a supper exciting role who is going to be very influential within the business but also to the advancement of their clients aspirations and growth strategies. The Regional Account Manager will plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery. The Regional Account Manager Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and maintain existing and new customer database & make sales calls to existing clients, following up with appropriate actions to secure business Respond efficiently to new sales enquiries plus follow up on past sales activities and quotations Make presentations of company products focused on their award winning process control software Customer focused: relationship builder, to win customer confidence in the business achievements within the industry of assembly & process control solutions Flexible approach to working as team member whilst comfortable proving individual initiative Submit timely sales activity records and reports Willingness to travel within the UK (Midlands & North) Prepared to attend trainings in our Belgian facilities whenever required Education and Experience Qualified to degree level or equivalent work experience Strong technical background, especially in up-to-date software solutions Enjoy a challenge in a diverse variety of responsibilities within dynamic, fast growing professional team.
