We are looking for an experienced and capable Office Secretary who is looking for a part time role, covering 3 full days (Tues, Wed, Thurs) to support a Senior Manager within a new Property office of a local company, based in the affluent town of Stockbridge.

Primary objective of the role is to:Play a supportive role and take the lead on all administrative duties required such as typing, emailing, drafting correspondence for approval, general secretarial duties.

Key duties of the Property Secretary are:

  • Ensure all admin duties are carried out and completed in a timely fashion

  • Handle all enquiries related to each case at the time

  • Type up letters and reports on the behalf of a Senior Manager

  • Ensure their inbox is kept up to date and in good order

  • General admin, secretarial duties

Key skills required for this role:

  • Experience as a Secretary in a commercial environment is important

  • The ability to work closely with one lead figure in the business

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to life in a busy sales arena

  • Efficient and accomplished typing ability

  • Able to commit to three full working days and ensure everything is organised for days you are not in
