Learner Enrolment Officer Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership with a fantastic non-profit organisation based within the West Midlands. Rated as Outstanding by Ofsted, the training provider has a great reputation within Education and Training. The organisation is keen to find like-minded people to join the team. To help make a difference in the lives of those experiencing in-work poverty, by providing new opportunities, and chances to upskill. Due to a period of growth, the team is now looking to expand within the West Midlands. As a Learner Enrolment Officer you will act as a point of contact for learners in order to get them properly registered on the system, ensure all documents are correctly checked. This is a hybrid role which will involve travelling into contact centres within Birmingham. £21,000 - £22,000 Hybrid Working 25 Days + Bank Holidays Up to 6% Matched Pension Contribution Option for Flexible Working Internal Health and Wellbeing Team Employee Assistance Program, Gym Discounts, and option to buy holiday also available. Great training support, with access to learning programmes through company platform.Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Learner Enrolment Officer Onboarding learners, including online and face to face enrolment. Ensure all learners have been verified in line with funding rules and regulations. Work alongside the learner recruitment officers to ensure all learners are processed in line with quality and compliance. Complete registration of all candidates, and ensure all required documentation is submitted. Provide regular support to learner s face to face, and via phone and email.Qualifications and Experience Required for the Learner Enrolment Officer Previous experience working within a Learner Enrolment job. Knowledge of Apprenticeships is highly desirable. Strong administration skills, alongside good time management and organisational skills. Ability to display awareness and understanding to the protection and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
