Hybrid Working Minimum of 2 office days Working 35 hours per week, between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Hyde is looking to recruit an inbound Customer Services Advisor for our demanding call centre. The Customer Services Team listen and respond to our customers individual needs to ensure a first-class customer care. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to manage a high volume of demanding and challenging inbound telephone calls, ensuring a speedy resolution and a satisfied customer. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Services Advisor: Acting as a first point of contact for customers across The Hyde Group. Handling up to 50-60 demanding telephone calls daily. Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams. Providing a great customer service across all communication platforms. Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets. Building and maintaining excellent rapport with our internal and external customers.
