Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Central London, Russel Square Salary: Circa £28k per annum Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 from home We are recruiting a HR Administrator for a very special client of ours. They are a super business and need someone who is well organised and has strong previous experience of HR administration. People love working in this business and the HR team is a great bunch. What can we tell you about this great opportunity? Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Administrator provides day-to-day transactional HR support to all colleagues across the UK, India and Australia. The HR Administrator will support the HR Director and HR Business Partnering team by taking full responsibility for the execution of transactional HR administration and project coordination across a full range of HR activities including payroll, pensions, compensation and benefits cycles, performance management, recruitment, training and development, HR systems and ad-hoc HR projects. They will be a key member of the busy and fast-paced HR team and will contribute to the development of a range of HR tools that support the business objectives and help the business achieve operational excellence in its HR activities. What will be keeping you busy? The core responsibilities of this role include: Acting as first point of contact for the HR team, escalating issues to the business partnering team where required Leading on payroll preparation by preparing relevant data such as new starters, absences, bonuses and leavers on a monthly basis Maintaining employee records Updating and maintaining our in-house HRIS systems with accurate employee data (e.g., new hires, changes to terms and conditions, holiday and sickness records) Coordination of recruitment across the UK and India including interview scheduling, liaising with external agencies and preparation of interview questions Taking full responsibility for the HR administration function including onboarding, issuing offer letters and employment contracts, changes to terms and conditions and off-boarding. Reporting on key HR metrics as and when required Coordinating in-house well-being initiatives such as weekly yoga classes and monthly massage appointments SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES A keen eye for detail Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of key stakeholders both internally and externally Proven ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload with little supervision Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines. Considers the impact of decisions on others and makes timely decisions EXPERIENCE: Demonstrable HR administration experience developed within fast-paced working environments Confident with the use of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365
