The ideal candidate would be someone with good experience in Domiciliary Care and with an empathetic approach. Your Nurse specialises in providing support to patients who have transitioned into the community to receive care that is funded by their local authority. The role Fully flexible hours Support the team with home visits to clients within the community Travelling to where the POC will be taking place Complete personal care Administer Medication when required Your Nurse is a homecare provider specialising in providing care and support to adults and children in their own homes.
