Digital Service Delivery Manager Full time, Permanent Staffordshire Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge at the heart of industry 4.0? Responsibilities: Within this management role you will be responsible for a number of contracts and projects, from inception through to delivery within demanding timescales. Ensuring they are delivered to specification, budget and customer satisfaction, You will have overall financial responsibility for contracts, including subcontracts for s specialist works and supplies, This role entails people-management responsibility for leading and motivating a team of engineers, You will have responsibility for all Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety aspects of the project through the Company O.H&S Manager and project H&S Advisor, You will need to chair weekly team meetings covering the communication for management information, health & safety issues, planned service and support work, support call issues and resource availability/utilisation, Successfully manage contract variations, ensuring that changes are accurately identified and agreed and that correct governance procedures are followed in preparation of quotations, You will need to successfully manage risk, identifying issues and taking preventative and/or corrective action when required and escalating problems to the Operations Manager, You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project finances and completing monthly company finance reports. Requirements: From a digital software / managed service background ideally, At least 2 years demonstrable contract management experience with OT digit software industry or similar background Must be able to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders Must be commercially astute and be able to identify early commercial and technical risks/ issues and find the solutions, Must have a demonstrable track record of achieving project timescales, margins, customer satisfaction and quality Current driving license and must be prepared to travel.
