Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business formed in 1947; a national M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service. Who currently employ over 800 staff and have a turnover in excess of £160m. Due to contract growth we are now is a position to require a Compliance Coordinator to work on their Sandwell and Solihull contracts. You will be responsible for: Manage the Servicing (PPM) on Sandwell & Solihull. Direct reporting to Senior Administrator and ultimately Senior Operations Manager. Work with Senior Operations Manager to ensure we meet our KPI figures and manage compliance to meet and exceed KPI targets. Review, improve and support our current processes to ensure we deliver our compliance activities within set timescales. Work alongside contract administrators and contract engineers to ensure resource is available for compliance works. Work with and challenge clients when required to ensure our KPI targets are kept. Work with our subcontract supply chain to improve service delivery. Communicate with subcontractors to ensure they follow our processes. Allocate and manage resource during sickness and holiday periods. Attend monthly internal meetings with Senior Operations Manager if required. Attend monthly client meetings as required with Senior Operations Manager if required. Assist with recruitment of new Sub contractors as and when required. Ensure daily tasks are completed to ensure compliance appointments are made in good time. Ensure service paperwork is received in good time and sent over to the respective clients within set timescales. Run reports and ensure service planners are kept up to date. Liaise with clients and report statistics as required. Highlight any innovative ideas with Senior Administrator to help streamline activities. Assist Senior Operations Manager with mobilisation on any new PPM activities. Any other duties as required to improve overall compliance (PPM) of contracts. What is required. Analytical skills (able to analyse data and run reports) Proficient in Excel and Word and a good understanding of general IT systems. Good communication (written and phone).
