Client Services Support Advisor Hybrid Location: Hybrid/Birmingham - Fort Dunlop Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 Why do we want you? The main purpose of the role is to support the operational execution of B2B training contracts. Adopting a customer centric approach, the Client Support Advisor will support the Client Services Team in ensuring key deliverables are met and that the commitments made to clients by the Sales Team are delivered. They are responsible for responding to all inbound communications from clients and learners, escalating as required and providing prompt accurate resolution. We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes... We know it s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role s location by the start of their employment.
