Overview Mallard Outsourcing are proudly partnering a Harbourgate Business Park-based contact centre which specialises in supporting vehicle manufacturers and retailers with lead generation & Customer retention. You will need to be a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner, have a bright and confident personality, be extremely customer focused and have excellent organisational skills. This is a key role within the business as you will be expected to deal with inbound and outbound calls mainly for the motor industry booking in customers vehicles for service and MOT work using the DMS/CRM systems provided by the dealerships. Contacting current vehicle owners to book them in for warranty work and vehicle health checks is also part of the scope of work. Duties of the Call Centre Agent include, but are not limited to the following: Talking to customers about products & services Verbal & Online, Inbound & Outbound. Creating appointments and generating leads. Accurately maintaining and updating various systems. To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently. Gathering information from asking the right questions. Building lasting relationships to ensure repeat business. Providing first class customer service. Representing the company brand effectively and respectfully. The requirements, skills & experience required for the Call Centre Agent include, but are not limited to the following: Customerfocused. Selfmotivated. Previous experience with Kerridge, Drive, Pinnacle (DMS/CRM Systems) Optional. Resilient. Target driven. Confident with outbound calling. Conversational & able to build rapport with customers. The ability to build & maintain fantastic customer relationships. Computer Literate. Previous Motor Trade Experience optional. The Remuneration & Benefits for the Call Centre Agent is: £18,600 to £19,500 annual basic salary subject to experience. 37.5 Hour Week, with Overtime when required.
