Responsibilities: Management of your own caseload of ER issues using your knowledge in ER and employment law, from receipt of a case through to its conclusion Provide HR advice in relation to HR policy, practices & procedures Utilise technology, including our case management system, to remotely deliver a quality service to our customers Exposure to a wide variety of contracts across many sectors, both public and private Be part of a wider customer service focused People Support team, Mitie's central HR function Support with trialling ER cases received from the business What we are looking for: Employee Relations knowledge or keen interest in Employee Relations CIPD qualified or looking for the opportunity to be supported with your studies Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. An understanding of HR systems would be an advantage. Keen interest in Employment Law. Strong understanding of and respect for confidentiality.
