Heather Farm Café, Woking, Surrey GU21 4XY Full-time, well-presented EXPERIENCED Assistant Manager required for our busy, bustling Cafe which opens 9am 5pm every day. Day times only 48 hours a week and must be able to commit to one day at the weekend. From that first smile on arrival to the last wave out of the door, an Assistant Manager ensures all our guests have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities... To work with the General Manager to meet Barons key Objectives: that the site will be run professionally, profitably, efficiently, and compliantly. To assist the General Manager in the planning, organisation and management of the day to day activities at site. To maintain and develop sales, deliver on the values, deliver on our exceptional committment to great hospitality and high levels of customer service. To promote a staff culture that encourages employee participation, a professional approach and open communication. To deliver on legal compliance responsibilities.
