Who are you:
A hard-working motivated team player with an interest in accounts, ability to accurately, quickly and effectively carry out administrative tasks.
You have experience in finance departments/payroll and Quickbooks that would be a huge help!
We are a family run business with an amazing company culture and we want you to become a part of us!
You do not need any administrative experience (it is a HUGE plus) but you do need a motivation and a desire to get into the work and to really help us and our valued customers.
Invoice processing on Quickbooks
Processing expense requests
Cash book maintenance
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
Raising sales invoices
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation Benefits:
Salary between £27,000-£35,000 (pro rata for part time)Offices in Luton, BedfordshireTo start: 4 days a week Mon-Thurs 9am-3pmTo progress into: 5 days a week in the office - 9-5 Monday-Thursday, 9-12 Friday 28 days leave including Jewish and Public holidays
